Anyone who knows me will be aware that recently I discovered podcasts (mainly because I haven't stopped going on about it!). A couple have mentioned Ira Glass and his brutal and beautiful honesty with beginners. I had no idea who this Ira person was but the message he was spreading through the podcasts I was listening to totally resonated with me and it's something I want to share for anyone else out there that suffers from self doubt and fear of not achieving their vision.
