A few months ago I was approached by the Bowery Gallery in Leeds about a guest spot selling my jewellery with them over the summer. The Bowery is a creative hub based in Leeds and it reminds me very much of Drink Shop Do in London, supporting independent creatives and running a variety of workshops, classes and exhibitions. It also has a great cafe and the food looks phenomenal! If it weren't a four hour drive away from me I would most definitely be popping in regularly!
The Bowery support independent designer-makers both local to them and from all across the UK by stocking their work for three months at a time. I am pleased to say that a selection of my work (pictured above) are available at the Bowery from now through to mid August so if you live in the Leeds area pop in and have a look (and treat yourself!). If you do pop in to have a look tag me in your photos on Instagram (#katewainwrightjewels), especially if you try on some of my jewellery - I love to see people wearing it! Also I am still on the lookout for me stockists online and bricks and mortar stores so if you know of somewhere or run your own shop please get in touch!
